今日晚餐就是你!ONE-POT MEAL!所有材料统统丢进锅里!省时又美味!

吃腻了外食?

想自己下厨却没有时间而且准备功夫繁琐?

你的救星来了!ONE-POT MEALS!顾名思义--把所有材料统统倒进锅里!一锅搞定!

晚餐后只需清洗一个锅就好了!是不是很方便?

马上动手!



小提示:

*先把材料都炒香,别煮太熟哦。因为还需要焖煮一段时间。

*不沾锅是较好的选择。

ONE-POT MEALS RECIPE 1: ONE-POT PASTA

(这里有三款pasta食谱)


PASTA 1:Classic One Pot Pasta---- 经典ONE-POT PASTA

1lb spaghetti

2 cups cherry tomatoes--可以选择大颗番茄,最好是已经熟透,非常软的那种

2 cloves garlic, minced-蒜末

 1 small onion-小洋葱,也可以放入黄葱

 4-5 fresh basil leaves--罗勒叶,到jusco可以找到,名为:sweet basil

2 tsp olive oil

½ tsp red pepper flakes---到jusco可以找到,名为:chili flakes

salt and pepper

4 cups water

PASTA 2:One Pot Vegetable Pasta

1lb linguine---意大利面种类可以跟随自己的喜好

3 cups water

1 cup milk

2 cloves garlic

 2 tsp olive oil

1 broccoli crown--也可以用包菜花

1 bunch asparagus

1 cup snow peas--其他豆类也可以,如青豆

salt and pepper

⅓ cup Parmesan cheese--可加或不加

PASTA 3:One Pot Chili Cheese Pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion

2 cloves garlic

1lb ground beef or turkey---可用猪肉碎替换

1lb rotini

1 can beans, rinsed and drained---可以用其他豆类

4 cups water

1 can (28oz) diced tomatoes-----自己把已熟透番茄切成碎也是一样,味道稍微偏淡,可以加点番茄酱

1 tbsp chili powder---辣椒粉

2 tsp cumin--茴香

2 tsp garlic powder--加入蒜末也是一样

1 cup shredded cheddar-可加或不加


ONE-POT MEALS RECIPE 2:ONE-POT BUTTER CHICKEN

1Kg of Chicken Thigh Fillets (chopped)---鸡肉片,别切太薄

1 Brown Onion (roughly chopped)---就是大家熟悉的洋葱

2 Tablespoons of Butter---可以替换成橄榄油

1/4 Cup of Curry Powder 

2 x 400g Cans of Tomato Soup--超市买的番茄浓汤

1/2 Cup of Sour Cream---可以用牛奶代替


ONE-POT MEALS RECIPE 3: ONE-POT LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN AND RICE

3 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper---柠檬胡椒粉

1 Tbsp. Paprika--红椒粉,作为提色作用,所以可以不加

2 cloves Garlic, minced--蒜末

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

2 lbs Chicken Thighs With Skin--鸡胸肉

4Tbsp. Butter

1 Yellow Onion, diced

4 cloves Garlic, minced

1 1/2 cup Arborio Rice--意大利米,我们平时食用的米也可以,水量就要减少了,不然会太软

1/4 cup White Wine

4 cups Chicken Broth---鸡汤,没有也可以用清水

1 1/2 cup Milk

Pepper to taste

1 cup Parmesan

1/4 cup Parsley (Optional)---可以到jusco购买


ONE-POT MEALS RECIPE 4: ONE POT CHICKEN TERIYAKI

3 Chicken Breasts(Boneless , Skinless)--喜欢吃鸡皮也可以保留

1 Tablespoon Corn Starch Dissolved in 1 Tablespoon cold water---薯粉,勾芡用的

2 Cups Chopped veggies ---依据自己喜欢

1 Tablespoon oil 

Ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce :

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar---白糖也可以

1/2 Cup Honey 

1/4 Cup soy sauce

1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce

3 Cloves Garlic

1 Teaspoon Grated ginger--姜末

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

1/2 Cup Water


ONE-POT MEALS RECIPE 5: FISH RECIPE AND LEMON RICE

4 teaspoons unsalted butter--无盐奶油

1 small yellow onion

1 garlic clove

1 cup basmati rice--意大利米,我们平时食用的米也可以,水量就要减少了,不然会太软

1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)--罂粟子,通常用作于甜点

1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest, plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice--柠檬皮和柠檬汁

2 cups chicken broth--清水也行

1 medium zucchini- 西葫芦,在大马比较难找,所以可以以其他蔬菜代替

Coarse salt and ground pepper

2 teaspoons Coriander Spice Mix--这也是大马比较难找的材料,所以可以用辣椒粉,辣椒颗粒代替

1 pound cod or other firm white-fleshed fish, cut into 4 fillets--选择肉质不容易松散的鱼块
