Long Haul Flight= Long-Suffering?
Check out these tips on how to survive and have a comfortable long haul flights so that you can touch down the destination and starts your journey in a fresh look.
1) KEEP YOURSELVES HYDRATED
Aircraft cabins are often very dry places so try to avoid caffeinated and alcoholic drinks and drink more water to keep your body hydrated. Don't forget to keep moisturizer in your cabin bag to protect your skin from dehydrated.
2) DRESS LIGHT
You are going to sit on a flight for 10+ hours, so try to avoid those most fashionable clothes in your wardrobe. Prepare sweater, long pants and a pair of comfortable shoes to keep yourself comfortable.

3) AISLE? WINDOW?
Try to avoid the last few row seats if you don't want your sleep affected by the sounds from kitchen or lavatories.
4) EXTRA LEG ROOMS
Request or pay a little more for extra leg rooms seats(Trust me, you won't regret to pay for it). Most of the seats are either the first row seats or those located near to Emergency Exits.
Oh ya, if you have enough Air Miles or budget, just upgrade yourself to Business Class.
5) MOVIES WATCHING
Just enjoy the in flight entertainment. Flying with a budget airline? Ensure your devices are fully charged and loads them with tons of movies/shows of your choice.
6) MAKE NEW FRIEND
If you can't sleep well during the flight, talk to the one who sitting next to you(make sure he/she experiencing insomnia problem too). Flights are a great opportunity to meet interesting people. You can get traveling tips from them too.
Not forgetting to mention, some travelers chat with the friendly cabin crew during their flight.
